The instructions on how to set your web browser to save cookies are listed below. Depending on what version of a web browser you have the steps to set up cookies will vary a little.

Before making any changes to your computer make sure you get your parents permission.

In Internet Explorer -  First select the 'Tools' pull down menu, and then select 'Internet Options'.

Next select the tab labeled 'Security', and then click on the button labeled 'Custom Level'.

Then in the 'Reset to:' box select 'Medium' and hit the 'Reset' button.

Select 'Yes' to the warning, and then click 'OK'. 

If you are using version 6.0 there will also be a tab labeled 'Privacy'. Click on that tab and move the slider down to 'medium'.

Select 'OK' to exit out of 'Internet Options'.

In Netscape - First select the 'Edit' pull down menu and then select 'Preferences'.

Next select the arrow to the left of 'Privacy & Security'.

Then select 'Cookies' and check 'Enable all cookies'.

If you are still having trouble accessing anything on the website you are probably using an old web browser. Listed below are links to download an upgraded copy of Internet Explorer and Netscape. Before upgrading the web browser make sure your computer can handle the new version, and be sure to get your parents permission.
